SUMMER

TRAINING PROGRAM

WE KNOW THAT SUMMER TRAVEL BALL CAN BE EXPENSIVE + TIME CONSUMING. WE  WANT TO OFFER A BETTER ALTERNATIVE. WE BELIEVE WEIGHT LIFTING AND TRAINING ON A PROGRAM WILL BETTER DEVELOP OUR PLAYERS TO COMPETE AT THEIR BEST ABILITY. WE NEED A TIME PERIOD TO LIFT AND GET STRONGER AND FASTER. WE ALSO WANT OUR PLAYERS TO HAVE THE TIME TO PREPARE FOR THEIR POTENTIAL COACHES TO SEE THEM AT THEIR VERY BEST. TRAVEL BALL CAN INTERFERE WITH OUR SCHEDULE FOR THESE ADVANCES. 

THIS PROGRAM IS BUILT FOR OUR HIGH SCHOOL SOPHOMORES UP THROUGH COLLEGE JUNIORS TO TRAIN TOGETHER TO BUILD THEIR GAME. THEY CAN ALSO PREPARE FOR RECRUITING EVENTS OVER THE SUMMER AND COLLEGE FALL BALL. IT IS AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ENCOURAGES STRENGTH, COMPETITION, AND SUPPORT. WE INDIVIDUALIZE THEIR TRAINING SCHEDULES AND LIFTING PROGRAMS AROUND RECRUITING EVENTS. WE START THIS PROGRAM JUNE 29, 2020 AND RUNS UNTIL AUGUST 28, 2020.

# OF PLAYERS ACCEPTED IN TO THE PROGRAM: 10 PLAYERS MAX WILL BE INVITED FROM OUR PREVIOUS STP13 + STP20 PROGRAMS
